Six ingredient sandwich game ...what's your best combo?

Get inspired by the cheese wall at the Loblaws at Maple Leaf Gardens

The other day Joe and I went to the amazing Loblaws at Maple Leaf Gardens in search of the perfect sandwich. I think we came up with it... it was too good! This has inspired to set down a challenge, I'm asking for your best six ingredient sammy recipes (think: a bread base, a meat, a cheese, a spread
and two veggies, or any variation thereof).

Not going to bias you readers with a delicious looking picture, but I'll tell you the ingredients:

1. Multigrain ciabatta
2. Prosciutto
3. Jarlsberg cheese
4. Oil-packed sun dried tomatoes
5. Arugula
6. Spicy mayo

Assemble sandwich and grill.

Now try mine and tell me yours if you think it can beat mine!

      3) Tomatoes (fresh from the garden)
      4) Bocconcini
      5)
      6)

You'll note that 5 and 6 are blank, because those 4 little ingredients are all you need!

    2. Um .... like. Super simple but sometimes that's all you need. And fresh from the garden sounds optimal.

  4. I might add prosciutto di parma to Auriol's sandwich...but it's great without it too. Fresh basil transforms everything.

    2. You sandwich sounds amazing, Sunny! Have you ever tried pan frying your prosciutto before putting it in your sandwich? I love doing that. Yummy salty bacon deliciousness.

    4. Wow. Good ONE! Respect for including cracked pepper as one of your ingredients too. I haven't tried frying prosciutto before grilling no, I just let the edges that stick out get crispy. But I imagine it just even more crunchy deliciousness. (I deleted prior post because I spelled respect wrong)
