Easy detox breakfast

Breakfast seems like it will be the most challenging meal as I will have to think ahead to be prepared. Here is my first day's. You can eat all the quinoa you can on this cleanse because it is the superest of superfoods. It has tons of protein and other good stuff.  You can use it like a rice or other grain, but its actually a relative of the spinach family!


Quick detox breakfast:

1 cup of quinoa
1 apple, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
juice of half a lemon

Directions:
Cook quinoa according to package directions, I usually freestyle with a one to one quinoa to water  ratio, though. When its almost done (after cooking for say five minutes) throw in the apple and let it steam.
Top with cinnamon and lemon juice.
